Newborn 101: Postpartum Preparation Workshop This workshop is designed to help new and expecting parents build confidence and practical skills for the postpartum period. Drawing from years of experience supporting families during this important transition, this class provides clear information, hands-on learning, and practical tools for caring for yourself and your baby in the early weeks after birth. Each week will focus on real-life situations and include opportunities for discussion, hands-on activities, and practical demonstrations. Participants will receive a weekly packet summarizing key topics and resources covered in class. By the end of the series, you’ll leave with a comprehensive guide you can refer to anytime—whether you review it in full or turn to a specific topic as needed.
