Service Description
A joyful, play-based introduction to yoga, mindfulness and creative art for little movers. Each class begins with a simple art activity and then flows into yoga through music, stories, games, and hands-on materials. Designed to support movement, confidence, and calm in a fun, welcoming environment. Ages: 2–4+

All bookings are non-refundable. We do not offer credits or transfers for missed sessions. However, if you notify us in advance or in the case of illness, we may offer a partial credit at our discretion.
