To keep our class sizes small and consistent, your spot is reserved just for you—and that means we’re unable to offer refunds or make-up sessions for missed classes. Please note the following: • All registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable. • We are unable to offer credits, refunds, or make-ups for missed sessions, including those missed due to illness, travel, or scheduling conflicts. • If The Good Start must cancel a class due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather or staff emergency), we will do our best to offer a make-up date or credit.
